Procedure of individual coaching
All informations about an individual coaching.
First session
This is where we get to know each other. I get an impression of your actual situation and you get to provide me with your ideas and goals.
I explain in detail about the advantages and specialties of functional breathing and guide you through the most important excersises, so you can train at home as well.
You'll also get an individual training plan to improve your breathing.
Duration: ca. 1,5h
Follow-up session
We meet once a week, discuss your experiences and questions so I can get a picture of your progress.
Then we dive directly into new exercises, always your goals in mind. You perform new and basic exercises under my supervision.
You will receive a new week plan which will adapt to your progress and experience.
Duration: 1h

Additionaly you can book special packages which aim for a specific target with a reduced price (each packages includes the first session and a weekly training plan):
General well-being
The main focus of this package is general well-being.
It includes better sleep, less breathlessness in everyday-life, improved resilience and more satisfaction.
It's aimed at people who are often tired or feel un-fit, who have to sit a lot during the day, as well as amateur athletes who want to optimize their training.
This packages includes the first session and 8 follow-up sessions, which are ideally held weekly.
Stress and Burnout
You are often under a lot of stress, suffer of tension and headaches and have the feeling to not wake up recovered?
In the 10 sessions of this package we try to reach an even balance between the Sympathicus and Parasympathicus.
We work on improving the heart-rate-variability and reinforce your autonomic nervous system with specific stressor exercises to improve your mental resilience.
This package also includes a weekly review and hands-on exercises under my supervision.
Endurance and Sport
For the ambitioned hobby and the success oriented athlete.
We specifically work on getting a functional breathing and include simulated altitude training in the exercise plan.
With this hyperkapnic-hypoxic training EPO production is stimulated (which will provide the creation of red blodd cells).
You will be able to train more relaxed. Your performance will improve and you will be able to stand maximal performance.
The risk of injuries will be reduced and if needed we will adress your repeated sprint ability (e.g. for team sports).
These package includes 12 session which can be physically demanding.
Mental fitness and more contentment
For everyone who experiences anxiety and sorrows in everyday-life.
We try to increase your mental strength and provide more balance and contentment.
Your mental resilience will be strengthend with specific and individual exercises.
I will also teach you "emergency exercises" for everyday use. These short exercises will help you in moments of anxiety or panic and will also help you to prepare for demanding situations like holding a workshop or a stressful meeting.
Additionally we will target the improvement of your sleep since this is the foundation for an optimal start into the day.
This package includes 10 sessions.
